My name is Theresa Strong, and I am the founder of "The MATD Method"- Motivated. Ambitious. Tenacious. Determined. Disciplined. That's what it takes to build wealth, and that's who I am. I'm excited to take on another investment project with this 2-unit property in Chicago. This renovation is focused on upgrading the space, improving functionality, and adding long-term value, not just to the property, but to the surrounding neighborhood as well.
